Recommended for size Large people but size is slightly flexible due to the elastic waistband. Waist measurement is 30" when elastic is unstretched and about 46" when fully stretched out.

Inseam length is 31.5 inches. If you would like it shorter, I would be happy to hem them for you if you leave a note at checkout :)
