Recommended for size Medium people but size is slightly flexible due to the elastic waistband. Waist measurement is 28" when elastic is unstretched and about 42" when fully stretched out.

Inseam length is 32.5 inches. If you would like it shorter, I would be happy to hem them for you if you leave a note at checkout :)
