Recommended for size Small people but size is slightly flexible due to the elastic waistband. Waist measurement is 26" when elastic is unstretched and about 38" when fully stretched out.

Inseam length is 33 inches. If you would like it shorter, I would be happy to hem them for you if you leave a note at checkout :)
